1) What type of WARRANTY is offered by MariSource?

MariSource, 7009 - 45th St Ct E, Fife, Washington 98424, Telephone No. 253/922-2700, Fax 253/922-0226, E-Mail:   warrants to the original purchaser user, all MariSource products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase. MariSource products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase, may be returned to the factory, transportation charges prepaid. If on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accident or improper installation, MariSource will replace the product free of charge, transportation prepaid. MariSource will not be liable for incidental, progressive or consequential damages. Some states or governing bodies do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. MariSource is a division of Cascade Plastics Co., Inc..

2) What are the materials used for the Baskets, Trays, Egg Counter and Egg Picker?

Polypropylene

3) What are the materials used for the Lids (old)?

ABS Plastic is used and can be recycled if you can find someone who uses it or can recycle that material.

4) What is the difference between the 16-Stack and the 8-Stack?

The 16-Stack will require a water source for the top stack as well as the bottom stack. The top stack will also need a drip pan or discharge kit to direct the spent water. A 12-Stack may be able to use one water source if you have highly oxygenated water.

5) What are the Water Flow Rates?

16 Tray  –  2.5 - 5 gallons per minute/per tray
8 Tray  –  2.5 - 5 gallons per minute/per tray

6) Does MariSource Grommet  –  Part #5642 fit the old Heath?

No it does not fit the old Heath

7) What does the Conversion Kit  –  Part #5690 include?

2 screws and washers

8) Do we sell Egg Shipping Boxes?

Atlantic Salmon and Trout (smaller eggs) 10,000 to 12,000
and Pacific Salmon (larger eggs) 8,000 to 10,000 per tray. 

11) Do we have labels for the Measuring Boards?

Yes, they are part number 56040 

12) What is the part number for the Clear Plastic Cover for Measuring Board?

We do not have a part number for that item because it is not usually sold seperately - call

13) How many feet of Spline do I need?

300 feet is enough for 1 roll of screen - Salmon or Trout 

14) How many rolls of screen do I need?

1 roll of screen (Salmon or Trout) will cover 50 lids or trays 

15) Do you have replacement Locking Pins?

Yes, they are part number 56006 

16) Do we have Water Tray stickers?

Yes, they are part number 56085.
